Breaking news as Monster Energy Pro Circuit rider, Ty Masterpool, will miss this weekend’s round of Supercross. Masterpool, who was brought in to fill Levi Kitchen’s spot on the west coast series, suffered a huge crash during the 250SX main event in San Diego. He overshot the triple-quad rhythm lane and landed hard just before the approaching corner. No official word yet on the extent of said injury.

The Pro Circuit team made the announcement via social media: “Following an injury in San Diego, Ty Masterpool will not compete in Anaheim this weekend. Updates on his recovery soon.”
This could allow Drew Adams to get the call as he’s tapped to be the team’s official “fill-in” rider before his true professional debut later this year. We’ll continue to provide updates as they are available.
