Cycle News Staff | June 27, 2018

Sherco has released information on its complete line of off-road bikes for the 2019 model year.

There Sherco 500 SCF Factory makes its debut in 2019.
The Sherco 500 is a new model for 2019.

The French company, which specializes in dirt bikes, including trials bikes, will offer at least seven primary displacement off-road models—three two-strokes and four four-strokes. The two-stroke line includes a 125, 250 and 300, and the four-stroke line a 500, 450, 300 and 250. Each displacement model is available in two ranges (enduro “SE” and cross-country “SC”) and in two levels—“Racing” and “Factory Edition.” Racing is the standard line and Factory Edition is the upgraded line that features higher-end suspensions and exhaust systems, plus smaller amenities. In addition, the company will be offering a “Baja Edition,” which it says will be “delivered in racing condition with standard parts kit.” This bike features an additional external fuel tank and other add-ons specific for racing in Baja.

The Factory four-strokes will feature Akrapovic exhaust systems, and both two-stroke lines—Racing and Factory—get FMF exhaust pipes, though the Factory Editions also get FMF mufflers.
